ILC2 containing cultures 1 CLP → OP9Δ4 + IL-7 + IL-33 (14–18 d). Single CLPs were cultured as described in Fig. 4 and analyzed for ILC2 development. Frequencies and 95% confidence interval are shown. Data from three pooled, independent experiments are shown. Frequencies were calculated by using an Extreme Limiting Dilution Assay.
