TCDD treatment induced Cyp1a1 and Prkn protein levels in the mouse ventral midbrain. Wild-type mice were treated with a single oral dose of TCDD (T) or corn oil as vehicle (V), and Cyp1a1 and Parkin protein levels were determined by western blotting. Beta actin was used as a loading control (A). Relative Cyp1a1 (B) and Prkn (C) protein levels.
