Levels of IL6 (A), IL-12 (B) and IFN-γ (C) in the sera of mice with immunied with various formulations. The sera of MUC4β-nanovaccine-immunized mice had significantly higher levels of IL6, IL-12/IL23p40, and IFN-γ as compared to mice immunized with MUC4β+FA, and MUC4β+NP. For each treatment group, the sample size was n = 3. Statistical significance was set at p < 0.05. ANOVA analysis of the data was p < 0.05. Statistical comparison between MUC4β+FA, and MUC4β+NP with MUC4β-nanovaccine is denoted by # & ^* respectively.
