NLRP3 is present in mouse urothelia, and its distribution is not effected by diabetes. All mice were examined at 15 weeks of age. Sections of bladder (5 µm) from the indicated mice were stained for NLRP3 using standard immunocytochemistry and antigen retrieval protocols along with an Alexa Fluor 488–conjugated secondary antibody.
