Total health spending per capita is based on the cumulative per capita spending from 2010 to 2015 in purchasing power parity (PPP) for 2017. Countries and territories are colour-coded by their SDI quintile, and are abbreviated according to their ISO3 codes, which are listed in the appendix (pp 90–95).
