C57BL/6 mice were inoculated with different amounts of Tregs-CM pretreated EO771 cells mixed with Tregs (Tregs-CM pretreated EO771/Tregs, at the cell number ratio of 20:1), the control-medium-pretreated EO771 cells were inoculated as the control.
