Figure 2:
Sagittal MR images in a case with a potentially good prognosis, a 75-year-old woman evaluated as having an ER-positive, PR-positive, HER2-negative, lymph node–negative, stage II invasive breast cancer. The luminal A case is shown, along with the three-dimensional computer segmentation (red overlay) of the primary tumor. The effective diameter, shape irregularity, heterogeneity in terms of entropy, and heterogeneity in terms of maximum correlation coefficient of this tumor are 16.8 mm, 0.438, 6.27, and 0.843, respectively, with ranges of 7.8–54.0 mm, 0.40–0.84, 6.00–6.59, and 0.646–0.925.
