Representative retinal cross-sections from F91-108 OD and OS were immunostained with an antibody raised against GFAP and counterstained with DAPI. The uninjected eye (F91-108 OS, left) had similar levels of GFAP immunoreactivity as an area outside the bleb of the subILM-injected eye (F91-108 OD, middle).
