Dose–response effects of gefitinib on cell proliferation of the bone-seeking clone and the MDA-MB-231 line. Cell viability was evaluated by the WST-8 assay. After 72 h of incubation, the formazan dye was quantified by absorbance at 450–550 nm. Each bar represents the standard error of the mean value from three replicates. Marked inhibitory effect was detected by the 1.0 μM gefitinib treatment.
