Gsk3b+/+ and Gsk3b−/− MEFs were stimulated with 10 μg ml−1 poly I:C for 10 min and subjected to immunoprecipitation with an anti-TLR3 antibody. TRIF, RIP1, TRAF6, TAK1, TAB1, TAB2 and GSK3β protein levels from whole-cell lysates (WCL) and TLR3 immunocomplexes (IP: α-TLR3) were determined by western blotting. Data are representative of two independent experiments.
