LNCaP (ARPOS) prostate tumor cells were treated with vehicle (DMSO) or 10 μM enzalutamide or abiraterone for 48 hours. Cells were harvested, RNA was extracted and apoptosis array was performed as per the manufacturer's instructions. Nine genes were modulated more than 2-fold by either enzalutamide or abiraterone treatment.
