Products of RT-PCR on Caco-2 poly(A)+ RNA using primers specific for NHE1 (lanes 1 and 2), NHE2 (lanes 3 and 4), and NHE3 (lanes 5 and 6). Lane M shows DNA markers with sizes indicated. Lanes 2, 4, and 6 show negative-control reactions, carried out in the absence of MMLV-RT. Products were separated on a 1% agarose gel and stained with ethidium bromide.
