Values are expressed as the mean of multiple replicates ± SD and were calculated using a rectangular hyperbola (Origin 8.5 software). Km values for the quinones were determined in the presence of 200 μM NADH, whilst NADH Km values were determined in the presence of 50 μM of the appropriate quinone.
