(1) Real-time PCR screening of the sample with the panel of markers. (2) Introduction of the results (Ct and Tm) in the CoSYPS. (3) The CoSYPS gives a list of GM events possibly present in the sample. (4) Identification of the GM events using the event-specific methods.
