JMJD3 and KIAA1718 share common targets. (A) Expression microarray analyses found that there was a significant overlap between genes down-regulated by JMJD3 shRNAs and KIAA1718 shRNAs. The P-value was calculated by a hypergeometric probability test. The list of genes can be found in Supplemental Table S2.
