Wild-type (open bars) and lpa2-deficient (closed bars) DC were stimulated under reduced serum conditions with LPS alone or together with increasing concentrations of the indicated LPA species (1–10 µM) for 48 hours, followed by analysis of IL-6 secretion by ELISA. Results are expressed relative to LPS-induced IL-6 production in the absence of LPA, and are the mean±SEM of n=3 mice/group, *p<0.05.
