AhR and ERα knockdown greatly reduces RIP140 recruitment to regulatory sites. MCF-7 cells were transfected with control GL3 siRNA, ERα siRNA, or AhR siRNA for 60 h and then treated with 0.1% EtOH vehicle (V) or 10nM E2 (E) for 1 h. RIP140/DNA complexes were immunoprecipitated using specific RIP140 antibody or rabbit IgG as a negative control. Immunoprecipitated DNA levels were measured by qPCR, and % input was calculated.
