MRJ(L) inhibits Wnt/β-catenin signaling. Activity of TCF/LEF reporter, TOPFlash (50 μg), was evaluated in MDA-MB-435-MRJ(L) (A), MCF7-MRJ(L) (B), MCF10CA1d.cl.1-MRJ(L) (C) and compared with their corresponding vector controls.
