The locations of the 11 predicted helices are: 44–63, 170–178, 211–219, 221–228, 236–247, 249–261, 265–275, 290–300, 301–318, 357–371, and 380–389. Helical wheel diagrams of the four helices having a high lipid binding affinity are shown (charged residues are in blue, hydrophobic residues in green and uncharged polar residues in black).
