BDM and ML-7 are potent inhibitors of contractility in Ras-transformed MCF10A cells. Ras-transformed MCF10A cells plated on silicone rubber substrates were either untreated (A) or treated with 20 mM BDM (B) or 25 μM ML-7 (C) for 1 h. The effects of both inhibitors were reversible.
