Effect of cycloheximide on the cisplatin-induced secretion of proinflammatory cytokines in HEI-OC1 auditory cells. Cells were treated with 20 μM cisplatin in the absence or presence of cycloheximide for up to 24 h. Proinflammatory cytokines from culture supernatants were measured by ELISA.
