To determine the Ki of an inhibitor, assays were performed using standard conditions as described in Materials and Methods. For each compound, four different inhibitor concentrations and a no-inhibitor control (0 to 5 μM) were each assayed at eight or more substrate concentrations ranging from 50 to 1,000 μM.
