Brd4 displays cell-type-specific localization patterns during mitosis. Distributions of Brd4 in HeLa (A) and C127 cells (B) at various stages of mitosis were examined by coimmunofluorescence with antibodies against either Brd4 (red) or α-tubulin (green).
