(b) Purified DO11.10 CD4 T cells were labeled with CFSE and cultured for 3 d with BMDCs from WT and B7-DC KO mice in the presence of various concentrations of OVA_323-339 peptide. CFSE dilution as a measure of cell division of CD4⁺KJ1-26⁺ T cells was analyzed by FACS. Data are representative of three independent experiments.
