Case MF36 shows allelic loss in informative loci D9S1749 and D9S974. A band markedly diminished in tumoral DNA in comparison with normal DNA is shown in the noninformative locus D9S1748. This case showed retention of both alleles for locus D9S1747. Case MF39 shows LOH for informative loci D9S1749 and D9S1747 and retention of both alleles for locus D9S1748.
