Note: WSWS3 = Wisconsin Smoking Withdrawal Scale – Version 3; L = Long Version; B = Brief Version. MTWS-R = Minnesota Tobacco Withdrawal Scale Revised (8-items). Logistic regression models predicting biochemically verified 3-Day Point-Prevalence Abstinence at 1-week post-TQD. Separate models examined the 1) ‘jump’ from mean pre-TQD calls (TQD-12d, TQD-7d, TQD-1d) to 1 day post-TQD (TQD+1d) for each WSWS3 total score (Brief and Long), WSWS3 subscale scores, and MTWS-R. Adjusted models include pre-quit mean (TQD-12d, TQD-7d, TQD-1d) WSWS3 or MTWS-R scores of the predictor variable as model covariates. β represent raw unstandardized parameter estimates.
