ELISAs detecting the presence of total anti-HA IgG1 (A–D) and IgG2a (E–H) were performed using serum collected from each mouse at day 42/49 post-boost, pooled for each group. Plates were coated with either VC/19H1 rHA (A and E), DR/21H3 rHA (B and F), PH/13 IBV rHA (C and G), or AU/21 IBV rHA (D and H). Serum dilution titers are plotted on the x-axis and the O.D. on the y-axis.
