Temperature dependence of bile acid amide 1H resonances. One-dimensional first increments of the 2D 1H/15N correlation spectra were collected at temperatures ranging from 15° to 40°C. All spectra were collected using a 3:1 mole ratio of [15N]glycocholate complexed to I-BABP with sample conditions identical, except for temperature, to that in Fig. 4 B and C.
