The Editor-in-Chief and the publisher have retracted this article. After publication, the authors contacted the journal requesting a correction for incorrect images presented in Figs. 3c and 7a. An investigation by the publisher found some concerns regarding high similarity among the images presented in the rat time course experiment in Fig. S2. Additionally, in Fig. 8d, the blue channel in the two left images appears highly similar.
The Editor-in-Chief therefore no longer has confidence in the presented data.
Authors Jingyu Deng, Haixu Chen, Zheng Zhang and Chao Yang disagree with this retraction. All other authors have not responded to correspondence regarding this retraction.
